Workshop on Cyber Safeguard

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering Student Association (ASCEE) at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru, successfully organized a Cyber Safeguard Workshop on the 13th and 16th October 2023. The workshop aimed to provide students with fundamental knowledge and hands- on experience in the field of cyber security. Mr. Chinmaya Ramana A G and Mr. K S Monish were the Resource persons of this workshop.The workshop covered diverse topics, including Android Security Assessments, Wireless Network Penetration Testing, and Web Application Security. It provided students with immersive fundamental knowledge in the field of cyber security, equipping them with essential skills to navigate the challenges of the digital world.The workshop was meticulously coordinated by Mr. Rohan A Gajare, Mr. H. P Kishan Rao, and Mr. Anoop C. The workshop was concluded by conducting an Techno quiz and e-certificates were awarded to the winners. This event drew the participation of more than 60 enthusiastic students eager to enhance their awareness on cyber safety.
