Visit to GIFT City, Gandhinagar

To create an awareness about large scale urban projects and the related infrastructure, the 6’th semester B. Arch students of Srinivas School of Architecture (SSA) visited Gujrat International Finance Tec (GIFT) Gandhinagar on 06-03-2024. There were 30 students accompanied by their faculty namely; Ar. Leslie J. Dias and Ar. Colin A. Pinto.The students visited GIFT house and were given a multimedia presentation about GIFT city. After a question-and-answer session the group visited the infrastructure tunnel; a unique underground system for services like water supply, cooling and solid waste management. The tour ended with a visit to GIFT 01 skyscraper to observe the podium level and lobby of the building.The class and faculty are grateful to the GIFT representative for the guided tour.
