Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering SRINIVAS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Valachil, Mangaluru TRIATHLON OF MINDS As part of ALTIUS 2K24, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangaluru, in collaboration with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), organized the event Triathlon of Minds. The event took place on 3rd December 2024 in Room 304, Main Block, starting at 10:15 AM. The event was designed to test participants intellectual abilities, problem-solving skills, and teamwork through three engaging rounds. Teams faced elimination at each stage, progressing only if they completed the round successfully. The Triathlon of Minds saw enthusiastic participation from 130 students, showcasing their creative thinking and problem-solving expertise. After three intense and thrilling rounds, the winners were as follows: First Place: Hemanth K K (4SN21EC013) Navya Shetty (4SN21EC021) Second Place: Rakshith T (4SN23EC042) Pratham ( 4SN23EC038) The competition successfully pushed the participants intellectual boundaries through a combination of linguistic, analytical, and logical challenges. The final Escape Room round especially stood out as a dynamic and engaging activity, bringing excitement and a sense of achievement to the participants. The Triathlon of Minds proved to be an excellent platform for fostering innovation and critical thinking, in alignment with the goals of IIC to nurture problem-solvers and innovators of the future.
