Swach Bharath and School Visit

4th sem students of SIT Electronics and Communication Engineering visited Govt. Primary School, Valachil on 21/08/23 and 25/08/23 as an outreach program. This activity was carried out by the department association “STEADY” with NSS and IIC Cell. Students made different groups so that each group can perform different activities simultaneously. Activities such as Joy full session, Promotion of Central Govt. Initiatives such as Swach Bharath, Digital India, Demo of projects based on Arduino, Awareness on road safety to teachers and students, Sweet distribution to students etc. were performed. Students received appreciation letters from the Headmaster of the school. It was a wonderful experience for both teachers and students of the school and a big learning experience for NSS volunteers. Volunteers were asked to revisit the school and the program was concluded with a valedictory program.
