Srinivas School of Architecture, Mangalore made a site visit to India Gate

On August 9th, 2024, 20 students accompanied by 1 faculty of Srinivas School of Architecture, Mangalore made a site visit to India Gate to analyze its architectural significance. The monument is a prominent symbol of India’s independence. A significant aspect was the observation of the visual axis of the central vista. The monumental scale of the India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan and their alignment along the Kartavya Path was observed.
