Skill Sprint Technical Training

On August 6 2025 the Department of Information Science and Engineering ISE and Computer Science and Design CSD organized a technical training activity named Skill Sprint for fifthsemester students The session was designed to sharpen students technical problemsolving skills and prepare them for upcoming placements During the event students were divided into groups and tasked with solving previous years question papers from various companies This handson activity provided a realistic simulation of placement tests enabling participants to familiarize themselves with the format and difficulty level of different corporate exams By working in teams students were able to collaborate discuss different approaches and learn from one anothers problemsolving strategies The event was organized under the support of Prof Sudarshan K Head of the Departments of ISE and CSD and coordinated by Ms Aparna N under the guidance of Prof Sowmya and Prof Archana D Staff Advisor of AISE and ACODE The collaborative effort and dedication of all involved ensured the smooth and effective execution of the training session The workshop was a valuable experience that not only enhanced the students technical knowledge but also fostered essential skills like teamwork critical thinking and time management It served as a vital stepping stone in their preparation for a successful career in the industry
