Report on meditation camp

NSS Unit conducted meditation camp to students of Srinivas Institute of Technology on 13/12/23 to 15/12/23 and from 18/12/23 to 20/12/23. B.Shrikar , Mediation Trainer, Mangaluru taught mediation to students, along with it he addressed students on how to maintain mental health and elaborated on power of meditation and its benefits. Nearly 500 students got the benefits of this program.Dr.Shrinivasa Mayya D. ,Principal, Srinivas Institute of Technology Dr.Soorya Narayana, HOD, Physics Dept. and Dr.Gopalkrishna, HOD, Chemistry Dept. And other faculty Members were present during the occasion.Dr.Lokesh V. HOD, Marine Dept. Welcomed the gathering. Prof.Rakesh Mallya, NSS Officer thanked the gathering for making the camp successful.
