Report on YOGA BLISS

Yoga refers to a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. It encompasses a wide range of techniques and practices aimed at promoting overall well-being and harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. So Yoga Bliss: For Better Life was jointly organized by the Association of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Educatee (AADE)and Association of Information Science Educatee (AISE) for students at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru, on January 20, 2024.Mrs. Shruthi Pramith Resource person first explained to the students the value of yoga and how to adapt a healthy lifestyle. After that, the students received a yoga session for 2 hours. During the coursework, she also reminded the students to change their regular lifestyle and to practice yoga for growth.This program was supported by our beloved Principal Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D. The program was successfully completed with the help of Prof. Nagaraja Hebbar N, Head of the Department, AI&DS, and Prof. Sudarshan K Head of the Department, IS&E. This event is coordinated by Prof. Sneha Bose, Association coordinator of AI&DS, Prof. Sowmya, Association coordinator of IS&E, and Prof.Bindya Yoga coordinator.
