Report on World Entrepreneurs Day-2023

Srinivas Institute of Technology Valachil, Mangaluru and Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) celebrated the World Entrepreneurs Day in the college on 21/08/2023. Ms Lisha of 4th sem ECE Department welcomed the gathering and introduced the Chief guest Mrs Komal S Prabhu , The M.D of Maharaja family restaurant. Mrs Komal S Prabhu delivered the talk on the topic “A Dream to be an Entrepreneur”. Around 190 students actively participated in this program from different engineering streams. Dr. Soorya Krishna K presented the memento to Mrs. Komal S Prabhu.Mrs Komal S Prabhu mentioned about the hardships she faced in her journey of being an entrepreneur. She quoted many examples in her personal life journey to inspire the current generation. She focused on certain key points like perfect planning, people management skills, time management and “Never give up attitude” to achieve success in a world with tough competition .
