Report on Women’s Day

Women’s Cell organized women’s day celebration on 14th March 2024.Dr.Sahana G, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Sharadha Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital Talapady was the chief guest. Dr,ShrinivasaMayya.D. Principal Srinivas Institute of Technology Presided over the function .Dr ShrinivasMayya .D in his presidential address spoke about the importance of women empowerment and the roles and responsibility of women in the society .DR Veena Santhosh Rai Coordinator Women’s Cell welcomed the gathering and introduced the Chief Guest. Formal function was followed by a special lecture by, Dr. Sahana “Essential gynaecological insights for women”. Students from all the branches of Engineering, MBA and MCA Participated in the programme. Professor Chaithra Kedilaya Assistant from Department of Computer Science proposed a vote of thanks.
