Mr. Gurusiddayya Hiremath (USN: 4SNI7PEA01), a Ph.D. scholar at the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangaluru, successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis on 26/3/2024. The thesis, titled “Breast Cancer Prognosis and Prediction Using Image Processing Techniques,” was carried out under the supervision of Dr. Jose Alex Mathew, Research Supervisor at the Department of ECE, Research Centre, Srinivas Institute of Technology. Dr. Kartik K, from Vellore Institute of Technology, served as the External Examiner.
