Outreach Programme on “Government School Visit”

4th semester students of SIT Information Science and Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science visited Govt. Primary School, Valachil on 28/08/23 as an outreach program. This activity was carried out by the department association AISE & AADE with NSS and IIC cell. Students performed different activities such as awareness about cleanliness, Talk on Moral values and Joyful session. Firstly, Students gave awareness about cleanliness and a joyful session was conducted for school students. Then a talk on Moral values was given which was an interactive session. The session was winded up by distributing Chocolates, Pencils and erasers. Students received appreciation letters from the headmaster of the school. It was a wonderful experience for students of the school and a big learning experience for NSS volunteers. This event was supported by Principal Dr.Shrinivasa Mayya D .This event was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Sudarshan K, Head of the department, ISE & Prof. Nagaraja Hebbar, Head of the department, AI-DS Prof. Shreekishitha ,dept of ISE Coordinated the event
