International Conference report 2023

Department of MBA of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, and Mangalore organized Two Day International Conference on Sustainable Innovative Strategies for Business Development in Current Scenario on 2nd and 3rd March 2023. The aim of the International conference was to create a platform to foster Sustainable Innovative Strategies for Business Development in Current Scenario. The conference had deliberations on development of a set of innovative actionable steps that a company takes to improve their impact on the community and the environment. The theoretical topics together with real-time research from various streams were presented and discussed in the conference. The conference was conducted in a hybrid mode. Dr. Habeeb Ur Rahman, Faculty,College of Business Administration, and Head of Staff Development Unit, Kingdom University,Bahrain was the key note speaker, He in his key note address highlighted the role of Sustainable development in economic development without depletion of natural resources. The Conference was inaugurated by Ms. Padmashree Alva, Director for Talent and initiatives at M Results. In her inaugural address she highlighted the impact of technology on various industries and also the requirement of innovation for the development of business in the current scenario. Around 30delegates from India and abroad presented their papers in three sessions which was spread into 2days .Research paper covering different areas such as “Role of digitalization in sustainability and development in business”, Investigating the impact of social sustainability issues on staff satisfaction in healthcare facilities”, “Knowledge, perception, and consumer buying behaviour towards organically grown food products in India”, “A walk from green washing buildings to sustainable design approach for buildings the concept of sustainable design kept real”, “Sustainable Development(SDGS) In India- Growth and Development” were presented in this international conference.
