Srinivas Institute of Technology, Merlapadavu, Mangaluru-574143 DEPARTMENT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING In association with IIC and YUKTHI Cell IDEASPRINT-POSTER PRESENTATION OF PROJECT IDEAS-2024 The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) successfully organized an engaging event for the 5th-semester students on 23rd November 2024 to present and demonstrate their innovative mini-project ideas. Focused on real-world problem-solving, the projects were based on advanced concepts in Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Computer Vision, Machine Learning (ML), and related domains. This initiative aimed to provide a platform for students to apply theoretical knowledge, develop innovative solutions, and enhance their technical and presentation skills. Objective of the Event To encourage students to explore cutting-edge technologies in AI and ML. To provide a platform for presenting innovative ideas and demonstrating technical competence. To foster teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The event was judged by Mrs. Nithya B. P and Ms. Reshma P. K, esteemed faculty members of the AIML department. The judges evaluated the projects based on: Relevance of the topic, Novelty in the Idea, Knowledge about the topic,Presentation Skills and Question Answer sessions.The entire event was coordinated by Mrs. Daya Naik, Assistant Professor, AIML Department, The seamless support of the department faculty ensured its smooth execution.
