ICRICS-2022

An International Conference on “Recent Innovations in Computer Science”- (ICRICS-2022)” was organized by the Departments of Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science & En-gineering and Master of Computer Applications on June 17th and 18th 2022 at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru. Dr. Hamada Ali Mohamed Ali Nayel, Professor, Dept. of CS, Benha Uni-versity, Egypt was the Chief Guest of this conference. Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Patron and Principal of the college, in his inaugural address said that this conference drives in a special opportunity to bring together professors, researchers and scholars around the globe, and serves as a platform to deliver innovative research results and latest trends and development in the fields of Computer Science and Engineering. He also insisted that constant updation of technical knowledge in new research areas is necessary for the academic growth of oneself. The conference overview was presented by Prof. Ravishankara K, Convener & H.O.D, De-partment of CS&E . The Inaugural session also witnessed the key note addresses by eminent speak-ers Dr. Hamada Ali Mohamed Ali Nayel, Professor, Dept. of CS, Benha University, Egypt on the topic Biomedical Natural Language Processing and Dr. Madhu Soodhanan Thoppian, Advisory IT Specialist, IBM, Malaysia on the topic Data Safety Technologies.The welcome speech was delivered by Dr. Shashidhar Kini, H.O.D, Department of MCA and the vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Anoop B. K, H.O.D, Department of IS&E. Mrs. Padmanayana, Associate Professor and Mrs. Mamatha, Assistant Professor from the Depart-ment of CS&E compered the entire program. The conference brought together some 70 plus research scholars, faculty members, students and key officials nationally and internationally to discuss the recent advances in computer science . All submitted papers were accepted by the committees for presentation both in online and offline mode and to be included in the proceedings. Four parallel tracks were held in which a total of more than 70 scientific papers were presented.
