Hands On Workshop on “Data Analysis Using R Programming”

CSI student chapter of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru (Member No: I01574), organized a Hands-on Workshop on “Data Analysis Using R Programming “on 12th September 2023 and it was tailored specifically for students pursuing their MCA degrees. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Shashank Shetty, Co-founder and Managing Director at Inspirante Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Udupi, who also serves as a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte.The workshop was a resounding success in achieving its objectives of equipping participants with practical skills in R programming and data analysis. The event covered fundamental concepts, provided hands-on experience and showcased real-world case studies. The workshop encouraged active participation, with participants engaging in coding and exercises throughout the sessions. A total of 60 students enthusiastically participated in the workshop.Dr. Padmanayana, CSI Student Branch Coordinator along with Dr. Shashidhar Kini, HOD, MCA and Prof.Spoorthi.B from department of CSE coordinated the whole event.
