6 Days Faculty Development Program on “Professional Quality Enhancement” was organized by MBA department of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil Mangalore from 7th to 12th November 2022. The Two Day International Conference was inaugurated by Prof.Dawn Prakash,Assistant Professor & Trainer, SDM PG Centre (MBA), Mangalore. He in his inaugural address highlighted new technology can simplify our academic works. The formal function was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries. Principal of the college Dr.Shrinivasa Mayya D, was the president of the function. He in his presidential address highlighted the changing technologies. Dr.Ajoy S Joseph, HOD of MBA Department, Briefed about the importance of FDP. Dr.Hariprakash U.P, FDP Coordinator, welcomed the gathering, Mr. Sadananada delivered the vote of thanks present on the occasion. Mr.Steevan Robert Tellis was the master of ceremony on the occasion.Prof. Dawn Prakash, will be taking session on “Innovative Tools and Technologies for Enhancing Teaching & Learning Process” on 7th and 9th November, Dr. Hariprakash U.P will be handling a sessions on “Stress Management on 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th November, Mr. Robinson Dsouza, Founder Cyber Sapiens United LLP, Mangalore, will be handling a session “Awareness on Cyber Security” on 9th of November, Prof. Girish Madla, Principal, Trisha College of Commerce and Management, Mangalore will be handling a session on Activity Based Learning Technique on 10th November, Dr. Ajoy S Joseph, HOD & Professor, Department of MBA, Srinivas Institute of Technology, will be handling a session on “Effective Mentoring” on 11th November, Dr Habeeb UR Rahman, Asst Professor, College of Business Administration, Kingdom University, Bahrain, will be handling a session on Quality Research Publications, 12th November. Faculties from different departments actively participated in the FDP.
