Expert Talk on Mentorship Support and Poster Presentation of Ideas

The Department of MBA at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangaluru, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized a session titled “Expert Talk on Mentorship Support” on 24th December 2024. Dr. Shashidhar Kini K, Professor and Head of the Department of MCA, served as the resource person. His session provided valuable insights into mentorship and personal growth, inspiring attendees to leverage mentorship for professional and personal development. Following the expert talk, a 'Poster Presentation of Ideas' competition was conducted. It featured 17 teams of MBA students, each consisting of three members. The competition included manual and digital poster categories, encouraging students to present innovative ideas creatively. This event fostered critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation among participants.
