DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS Outreach Program

Department of Physics of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru, organized an outreach program titled Recent Technology Developments for Pre-University students on December 27, 2023.Dr. Suryanarayana K, Professor and Head of the Physics Department, coordinated the program. Professor Sathish Kumar from the Electronics and Communication Engineering department provided insights into the field through a live demonstration. As well as the enthusiastic students, Ms. Laxmi Ishappa Itagi (4SN20AE012) and Mr. Varuna T (4SN20AE035) from the Aeronautical Engineering department conducted a live demonstration of a drone, elucidating its significance.Mr. Farooq Sayyad, the Principal of Govt. PU College Bettampady, extended a warm welcome to the gathering. The vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs. Rajani, a lecturer in the Department of Sociology at Govt. PU College Bettampady.
