A webinar on “IoT Protocols and Wireless Security” was organized CSI - Student Chapter of SIT on 12th October 2020 using webex platform. Mr. Nandan G Bhat, Senior Embedded Engineer, Toyota Motors Corporation, Japan, was the Resource Person for this webinar. In his address to the participants, he gave a lot of information regarding how to provide security in wireless networks and the different protocols used in Internet of Things. This webinar was primarily intended for students of CSE, ISE and MCA. The session was more than hour and half. More than 150 students were actively participated in this webinar. Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal and Dr. Shivakumar G. S. HOD, CSE, were present on this webinar. The event was compered by Ms. Ayeesha, Final year student, Dept of CSE. The entire event was coordinated by Mr. Manjesh R, CSI – Student Branch Coordinator, Mrs. Aishwarya K, Event coordinator, and student coordinator Mr. Manoj Krishna U.
