CODECATALYST Workshop

On August 12 2025 under the Institute’s Innovation Cell the Association of Information Science and Engineering AISE and Computer Science and Design ACODE the Department of ISE and CSD organized a workshop named CODECATALYST The session aimed to provide students with practical knowledge on creating a Frontend for their personal portfolios using modern web development techniques A key highlight of the workshop was the integration of AI tools and models such as ChatGPT Gemini and others to assist in designing generating content and improving portfolio layouts Students learned how to effectively leverage these AIpowered platforms to streamline the development process enhance creativity and produce professionalquality portfolios with minimal coding effort The workshop enabled participants to explore AIassisted design workflows and understand how emerging technologies can support personal branding and career growth Overall Code Catalyst was an engaging and insightful session that empowered students to combine technical skills with AI innovation in portfolio creation The event was supported by Prof Sudarshan K Head of the Department HOD ISE and CSD It was skilfully conducted by Prajwal Ishwarya Ujwal and Nishan from the 5th semester ISE and CSD The event was coordinated by Ms Aparna N under the guidance of Prof Sowmya and Prof Archana D Staff Advisor of AISE and ACODE Their teamwork and dedication ensured the smooth execution of the contest Students engaged in handson activities where they explored stepbystep methods to transform ideas into live interactive web pages The event also encouraged creative experimentation and highlighted the growing role of AI in modern web development
