CLEAN INDIA-PLASTIC FREE CAMPUS CAMPAIGN

The ASMA- students association of Mechanical Department & NSS unit jointly organised a campus cleaning programme on the theme “CLEAN INDIA-PLASTIC FREE CAMPUS CAMPAIGN” on occasion of “AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV-INDIA@75” on 25/10/2021. All the mechanical students and NSS Volunteers were engaged in this cleaning programme. The campaign was organized to create awareness on keeping the campus plastic free, clean and green. About 100 student volunteers engaged themselves in various activities including cleaning the surroundings of department buildings and Mechanical workshop building. Such awareness programs are conducted for students to bring about visible changes in the surroundings and to efficiently deal with waste disposal. Dr. Shankar K S, HOD, Dr.Raghavendra M J, ASMA Faculty advisor and other faculty members were present for the program.
