Bharatiq – Brains Behind the Brave: Quiz Competition

On August 14 2025 the Association of Computer Science and Design ACODE and the Association of Information Science and Engineering AISE in collaboration with the Institution Innovation Council IIC hosted an impactful session titled Bharatiq Brains Behind the Brave at Srinivas Institute of Technology SIT Mangaluru The event was organized by Mrs Sharanya Mrs S Arpitha and third year students of CSD and ISE department The main focus points for the Indian Independence quiz event included key events figures and milestones of Indias freedom struggle along with the nations history culture and democratic values since independence This included understanding the contributions of freedom fighters the significance of various movements the evolution of the constitution and the nations progress since 1947 The event was successfully organized under the guidance of Dr Shrinivasa Mayya D Principal of Srinivas Institute of Technology whose vision for fostering technological innovation played a key role in the programs success The session was also meticulously coordinated by Prof Sudarshan K Head of the ISE and CSD Department and Prof Sowmya Staff Advisor of AISE An Indian independence quiz event typically emphasizes a celebration of Indias freedom and rich history with a focus on the freedom struggle its leaders and the nations journey to independence These quizzes aim to educate participants particularly the youth about Indias independence movement its key figures and the values enshrined in the Indian Constitution
