Department of Information Science and Engineering Inauguration of AISE and AAIE - 2021-2022

The inaugural function of the student association of Information Science and Engineering department – Association of Information Science and Educatee [AISE] and Association of Artificial intelligence Educatee [AAIE] of Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning Department , of Srinivas Institute of Technology , for the year 2021-2022 was held on 22nd November 2021. Mr. Shyama Soorya M Director Enterprise Business, Sure works Infotech Pvt Ltd., Bangalore was the Chief Guest of the function. Chief Guest, Mr. Shyama Soorya M addressed the gathering and delivered the talk on “Emerging trends in IT Industry” about the competition in the industry, and also on how one has to be updated with all the new technologies coming up each day, apart from academics. Also he guided the students to improve their communication skill ,knowledge in technical and non-technical fields. He also motivates the students to keep their vision of dream high and advised the students not to run behind the money but to run behind in developing their technical skill. The Presidential address was given by Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal of the college, who spoke about the importance of continuous learning in an engineering profession and also encouraged the students to actively participate and come up with more innovative ideas for their development. Dr. Anoop B K H.O.D IS & E and AIML urged the participants to enhance their skills by learning trending technologies in IT field.Staff Advisor of AISE and AAIE, Mr. Madhusudhan S., delivered the report on the list of event conducted during the academic year 2020-2021 also on this occasion he introduced the Office Bearers. The gathering was welcomed by Mr. Pranav P Rao., Student President of AISE and AAIE ,Ms. Ashritha J Alva Secretary of association AISE and AAIE introduced the chief guest of the function and Ms. Sonali T Chowta, Event coordinator delivered the vote of thanks. The entire function was hosted by the final year student Ms Sowmithri B.S ISE and Jibin T V.
