Mangaluru, February 13, 2025: The Lumina HR Association of the MBA Department at Srinivas Institute of Technology conducted an insightful activity, 'Interviewing HR,' at Unify CX (GlowTouch Technologies). The initiative aimed to help students understand job interview expectations and hear directly from HR experts. Students reached out to Unify CX and interviewed Ms. Ranjitha and Ms. Haveena from the Onboarding team, as well as Mr. Suresh from Talent Acquisition. The discussions provided valuable insights into HR day-to-day activities, company expectations from fresh candidates, and essential skills required in the hiring process. The session emphasized practical applications of HR domain knowledge, aiding students in their campus recruitment preparation. The hiring process at Unify CX, a service-based company managing websites for 40-50 clients, prefers candidates from BCA, MCA, and Engineering backgrounds. Recruitment is conducted through official job portals like Naukri and Monster, primarily for US/UK clients operating in different shifts. This initiative by Lumina HR Association bridges the gap between theory and real-world HR practices, equipping students with industry-relevant knowledge and enhancing their employability.
