🚀 SysBasics Hackathon 2025

Mangaluru, February 24-25, 2025: The **Department of Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS)** and the **Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)**, in association with the **Yukti Cell**, organized a **two-day hackathon, SysBasics Hackathon**. The event aimed to foster **innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills** among students by providing them with an opportunity to develop **creative technical solutions**. The **hackathon saw enthusiastic participation**, with teams comprising **2 to 4 members** working on innovative ideas. The competition focused on **two main themes**: - **Social Media App Development** - **Open Theme** (allowing students to explore a wide range of technology-driven solutions) The event was conducted under the guidance of **Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal,** along with **Mr. Shailesh Shetty S, HOD, CSBS,** and **Dr. Soorya Krishna K, HOD, ECE**. The hackathon was successfully organized by **Mr. Goutham D, a third-year CSBS student**. Throughout the two days, teams worked on **developing prototypes, implementing their ideas, and refining their solutions**. Projects were evaluated based on **creativity, feasibility, and technical implementation**. After a rigorous assessment, **three best projects** were selected and **recognized for their outstanding innovation and execution**. The **SysBasics Hackathon concluded successfully**, encouraging students to **embrace technology, enhance problem-solving abilities, and collaborate on real-world applications**.
