“HERITAGE VISIT”

On February 16, 2024, students of 3rd semester Electronics and Communication Engineering embarked on a captivating journey from Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil to Manipal to explore the cultural wonders housed within the esteemed Hasta Shilpa Heritage Village Museum. This immersive expedition offered students a unique opportunity to delve into India's rich artistic legacy and architectural marvels.The journey commenced amidst the serene landscapes of Valachil, as 50 students set forth on a picturesque route towards Manipal. En route, they were greeted by the rustic charm of quaint villages and lush greenery, setting the stage for an enchanting voyage of discovery.Upon arrival at the Hasta Shilpa Heritage Village Museum in Manipal, students were welcomed by the museum's exquisite architecture and serene surroundings. The sprawling grounds beckoned with promises of ancient artifacts and traditional craftsmanship.The museum's vast expanse was divided into thematic sections, each offering a glimpse into different facets of Indian heritage. Participants marveled at the collection of ancient sculptures, meticulously crafted furniture, and reconstructed heritage homes, each narrating tales of India's rich cultural tapestry. The journey to Hasta Shilpa Heritage Village Museum in Manipal was a testament to the enduring legacy of India's cultural heritage.
