“Adios”- Farewell & Valedictory Function

The Farewell and Valedictory function of CS&E student association ASCEE 2023-24 was held at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru on 23rd May 2024 by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal of the college, in his presidential address congratulated the outgoing students on this accomplishment and said “Graduation is the beginning of a life long journey of knowledge and experiences”. He also urged the students to develop positive attitude and being optimistic in their life, which is the key to success. Prof. Ravishankara K., Head of the Department CSE ,Honorary President ASCEE, addressed the gathering and appreciated the ASCEE team for their dedicated involvement in numerous activities conducted during the year 2023-2024. He also expressed his heartfelt blessings to the outgoing students and wished them to be successful in every aspect of their life. Prof. Aravind Naik, Staff Coordinator, ASCEE appreciated the team efforts for successfully conducting all the activities during the current academic year.Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D., Principal of the College felicitated the prize winners of ALTIUS-24 events by awarding them with the certificates and prizes. The annual report of ASCEE activities of the academic year 2023-24 was presented by Ms. Sudeeksha V Herle, Documentation Coordinator, ASCEE. The 15th edition of the department magazine “SPRINKLE ” and book of Project Abstracts of final year students were released on this occasion. During this event, the outgoing students expressed their feedback, shared their experiences and views. The welcome address was delivered by Mr. Geddada Nethranand, Vice-President, ASCEE and Ms. Chaithrashree C S, Joint-Secretary, ASCEE proposed the vote of thanks. The entire program was compered by Ms. Pavana and Ms. Nandana Rajesh. The formal function was followed by a bidding farewell to the seniors by the third year students.
