Marine Engineering Industrial visits

Sixth Semester students of Marine Engineering, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru visited “Mallikarjun Aromatics Private Limited” & “INS Chapal Warship Museum” at Karwar on 22/03/2019 and “Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited” at Kaiga on 23/04/2019. A total of 29 students were accompanied by Prof. Adithya G Salian & Prof. Sunil Prakash Rodrigues.

Mallikarjun Aromatics Private Limited and INS Chapal Warship Museum

On 22/03/2019, students have visited to Mallikarjun Aromatics Private Limited and INS Chapal Warship Museum. Mallikarjun Aromatics Private Limited offers wide range of food products and flavours to their valued clients. Established in 1991, they are one of the renowned manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of Essence, Emulsions, Flavors, Green Chilly Sauce, Red Chilly Sauce, Vanilla Powder, Liquid Flavour, and Powder Flavour. Students have visited to various departments & manufacturing units and obtained information about the various processes used in production food products.

A museum ship, also called a memorial ship, is a ship that has been preserved and converted into a museum open to the public for educational or memorial purposes. In this museum students were obtained information about different ships and missiles which were used at 1970s.\Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited

On 22/03/2019, students have visited to Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL). Students visited various departments & manufacturing units and obtained information about the various power generation units and its capacities.
