Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering SRINIVAS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Valachil, Mangaluru INTRA INSTITUTIONAL INNOVATION COMPETITION The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Srinivas Institute of Technology (SIT), Valachil, Mangalore, in association with the Yukti Cell, successfully organized the Intra-Institutional Innovation Competition on February 28, 2025. The event, held at the Skill Lab on campus, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various departments, showcasing their innovative projects and ideas. The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Mr. Lalit Rawat, a renowned Microsoft Azure Cloud Leader, and Mr. Lingaraj Benni, who inspired the participants with their insights on the latest trends in technology and innovation. The competition aimed to provide a platform for students to present their innovative ideas and projects, encouraging them to think beyond the conventional curriculum and apply their knowledge to real-world challenges. Participants showcased a wide range of projects, from cutting-edge technical innovations to solutions addressing social and environmental issues. Mr. Lalit Rawat delivered an inspiring keynote address, sharing his experiences and insights on cloud computing and its applications in modern technology. Students presented their projects through live demonstrations, prototypes, and presentations, followed by an interactive Q&A session with the judges. Participants had the chance to interact with industry experts, faculty, and peers, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
