Entrepreneurship Awareness Program

Entrepreneurship development club (EDC) of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru, organised one day Awareness Program on “Entrepreneurship Awareness Program” for Engineering, MBA and MCA students on 18th of May 2019. Dr. Chidanand C.Gavimath, Special officer ED Cell, Visvesvarayya Technological University, Belagavi was the chief guest of the programme. The programme was aimed at providing information about Entrepreneurship and the steps used to be a successful entrepreneur. The first session provided invaluable information on role of an Entrepreneur, Characteristics of Successful Entrepreneur and Qualities of an Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurial skills and the road-map ahead. The second session provided Types of Entrepreneurs According to the Business, Entrepreneurs in Technology, Career Paths /Skills associated with engineering.

This program was initiated and supported by Dr.Srinivasa Mayya D, Principal. The event was organised by Dr. Radhakrishnan, EDC Coordinator, Secretary Mr. Sudarshan K, Dept of CSE and Joint Secretary Ms. Sowmya, Dept of ISE.
