ECE Department Hosts Poster Presentation on Business Plan

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), in association with **STEADY** and the **Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)**, organized an event titled **"Poster Presentation on Business Plan"** on **March 27th, 2025**. This event aimed to foster entrepreneurial thinking and promote innovation among students by offering them a platform to present their business ideas both visually and verbally. The main objectives of the event were to encourage students to think creatively and develop feasible business ideas, enhance their skills in business planning, communication, and presentation, and promote collaboration and teamwork. A total of **14 teams** participated, each consisting of **2-4 members**, collaboratively working on their projects. The posters included various components of a standard business plan such as **Problem Statement, Solution, Literature Review, Competitive Advantages and Disadvantages, Methodology and Algorithms Used**, and **Financial Projections**. Each team was given **10 minutes** to present their ideas followed by a **Q&A session**. The ideas presented ranged from **tech-driven solutions like AI-based platforms** to **eco-friendly products, health apps, rural business ideas**, and **ed-tech innovations**. The event proved to be a **highly enriching and impactful** experience. It successfully instilled entrepreneurial spirit among students and provided a dynamic stage for showcasing their **creativity, critical thinking**, and **business acumen**. The diversity of topics presented highlighted the **interdisciplinary talent and innovative potential** within the student community. Overall, it was not only a celebration of innovation and teamwork but also a **significant step toward fostering a culture of entrepreneurship** within the institution.
