Laboratory Facilities
The department has 2 computer laboratories with 60 computer terminals connected to Windows / Linux servers. These machines also have individual hard disk and are Ubuntu bootable. All the necessary software’s required to carry out regular laboratory work and project work are available in the department. These facilities are exclusively for undergraduate students of Information Science and Engineering. All the systems are equipped with internet connection.

The dynamic faculty team prepares students for work in information systems, information management with special emphasis on web-based applications as well as data-based applications. The study of Information Science enables student to understand the concepts of information systems and key technologies involved that affects their success in the modern enterprise. The topics covered are modern software tools programming techniques, Web Technology, Microcontroller, Analog and Digital Electronics, computer networks, Various software techniques etc.
