Overview

Department of MBA started in the year 2007, offering two years full time M.B.A. programme affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. The main intention is to produce competent managers to meet the requirement of the competitive national & global economic environment & also to focus on inculcating leadership qualities with commitment to basic human values among the students. The course is offered under the following specializations; Finance, Marketing, Human Resource and also Dual Specializations. The Department is also recognized as VTU Research Centre in the year 2009.

Department Aim

The MBA Program’s primary objective is to prepare students for management leadership in business administration by providing them with the necessary managerial skills. This program aims at developing student’s ability to work effectively with others. To achieve these ends, the program offers learning experiences designed to stimulate receptiveness to new ideas and new ways of approaching problems. The ultimate success of the program and the main objectives in the design of curriculum is the students’ ability to meet the challenges and demand of management in the future.
