Inauguration of ELITE association

The inaugural function of the student Association of Electrical and Electronics and Engineering Department – ELITE(Electrical insight in Technical Endeavour ), of Srinivas Institute of Technology , Valachil, Mangaluru, for the year 2023-24 was held on Friday 22nd December 2023. Mr. Ravindra RG, Junior Engineer KARMIC Design Pvt LTD was the Chief Guest. In inaugural address, the chief guest said “Knowledge, skills and talents are secondary , but student attitude and respect towards teachers are Primary requirements to succeed in life. students need to exercise strong communication skills which is a key element of success in the industry. Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal of the college, in his presidential address, urged the students to organize a maximum number of events in their association and also take up initiatives to shape their ideas into realities. Prof. Lokesha B H.O.D, EEE Department, in his address appreciated the students for their active participation in the events conducted so far and also asked them to earn certification programs that can help aspiring engineers develop employable skills .Prof. Ganapathi Sharma K , Staff Coordinator briefed about the objectives of the association and introduced the office bearers of ELITE association for academic year 2023-24 and outlined the activities conducted so far and also proposed the plan of action of 2023-24.Mr. Dhanush K,, President, ELITE association welcomed the gathering and Mr.CharanRai Secretary, ELITE association delivered the vote of thanks. Master of ceremony was Ms. Sumana of 7th sem EEE department .The formal function was followed by a talk on “ Advances in VLSI Technologies.
