The Department of Computer Applications, in association with the Anti-Ragging Cell, observed National Anti-Ragging Day on 21 August 2026 at 11:15 AM with the participation of all MCA and BCA students.

The awareness session was organized by Prof. Rajesh Naik under the guidance of Dr. Dheeraj Hebri, HOD, Department of Computer Applications, and Dr. Lokesh, College Anti-Ragging Committee Coordinator, with the support and encouragement of Dr. Shrinivas Mayya D, Principal, Srinivas Institute of Technology.

The session reinforced the powerful message: "Say No to Ragging, Say Yes to Kindness, Friendship & Unity." Students were encouraged to build healthy relationships, respect personal boundaries, support one another, and speak up against ragging.

Together, let's create a campus where everyone feels safe, valued, and free to grow.
