Using AI for Fundraising and Investor Pitch Preparation
The Departments of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS), and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML), Srinivas Institute of Technology, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Startup and Incubation Cell, organized a virtual workshop on “Using AI for Fundraising and Investor Pitch Preparation” on 17 August 2026 through Google Meet.
The session was delivered by Mr. Srujan Rai, Cloud Associate, Niveus Solutions (NTT Data). He explained the importance of startup fundraising and investor pitching and guided students on preparing effective pitch decks. The session covered startup funding, investor expectations, business models, market opportunities, funding requirements, and the use of AI tools for preparing and improving investor presentations. As part of the workshop, two investor pitch decks were prepared and refined, and AI tools were demonstrated to help students develop their startup ideas and presentations.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal, Srinivas Institute of Technology, and coordinated by the respective department coordinators. The session concluded with an interactive discussion, providing students with valuable insights into AI-based entrepreneurship, fundraising, investor pitching, and startup growth opportunities.
