The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Srinivas Institute of Technology organized training sessions on DHI on 11 August 2026 at the Seminar Hall. The sessions were conducted in two batches at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., providing faculty members and DHI coordinators with an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of the institution’s DHI platform and its role in academic and administrative processes.

The training session was delivered by Mrs. Ramya Dinakara, ERP Co-Ordinator, Srinivas University. The programme was organized with the objective of supporting participants in the effective use of DHI and in promoting greater consistency in the handling of institutional activities through the ERP system.

DHI is an important component of the institute’s digital academic environment. According to the institute’s published Self Study Report, the academic activities of Srinivas Institute of Technology are managed through an ERP management system named DHI, which incorporates academic progress. The institute’s official website also provides DHI as an online platform for student services, including grievance submission. This demonstrates the relevance of DHI to the institute’s day-to-day academic and administrative operations.

During the training, the resource person guided the participants through the relevant DHI workflows and demonstrated the practical use of the platform. The sessions focused on enabling participants to navigate the system more confidently, understand the procedures associated with DHI, and use the platform in a systematic manner. Participants were encouraged to clarify their operational queries and to follow standardized procedures while carrying out DHI-related responsibilities.

The two-session format enabled the training to be conducted in an organized manner for the intended participants. The interactive nature of the programme allowed participants to seek clarification on the use of DHI and to relate the training to their institutional responsibilities. The session also highlighted the importance of accurate and timely digital record management in supporting efficient academic administration.

The programme was held under the guidance of Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal and IQAC Chairman, and Prof. Nagaraja Hebbar N, IQAC Coordinator. The event was coordinated by Prof. Archana Devadiga and Prof. Kavitha, Event Coordinators. The initiative reflected the institution’s continued emphasis on quality assurance, digitalization, and effective academic administration.

Overall, the training sessions on DHI provided a valuable platform for faculty members and coordinators to enhance their familiarity with the institute’s ERP system. The programme contributed to improved awareness of DHI-based workflows and encouraged participants to make effective and systematic use of digital institutional processes.
