The Srinivas Institute of Technology, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized a programme to commemorate the 4th Anniversary of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 on 29th July 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Seminar Hall. The session was delivered by Mr. Nagaraja Hebbar N, HOD, Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, who provided valuable insights into the significance of the National Education Policy 2020 and its role in transforming the Indian education system. The programme highlighted the key objectives and reforms envisioned under NEP 2020, with emphasis on innovation, holistic learning, skill development, multidisciplinary education, and the evolving needs of students and higher education institutions. The session helped participants gain a better understanding of the importance of NEP 2020 in strengthening the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of education. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal, and Dr. Praveen Shenoy, IIC Coordinator, with the support of Prof. Sudheesh K P and Prof. Harishma K V, Prof. Reshma B, Event Coordinators, and Prof. Nagaraja Hebbar N, IQAC Coordinator, whose support and encouragement contributed to the successful organization of the programme.
