Inaugural Function of STEADY – Srinivas Techies in Electronic Association of Dynamic Youngsters
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) of Srinivas Institute of Technology organised the inaugural function of STEADY – Srinivas Techies in Electronic Association of Dynamic Youngsters on 1 October 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Seminar Hall.
The event was presided over by Dr. Shankar K S, with Mr. Athish R Amin, AI Automation Engineer, Alter Marketing, as the Chief Guest.
The inaugural function successfully marked the beginning of STEADY and established a foundation for future student-oriented activities in the Electronics and Communication Engineering department. The programme encouraged students to actively participate in technical activities, leadership responsibilities, and professional development initiatives.
The proposed action plan of the association was presented, outlining the activities and initiatives planned for the students. The newly appointed office bearers of STEADY were introduced during the programme. Their roles and responsibilities were formally acknowledged, encouraging them to contribute actively to the functioning and growth of the association.
The programme also included a felicitation of achievers, recognising students for their accomplishments. A magazine unveiling was conducted as another significant part of the inauguration.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Athish R Amin, addressed the gathering and shared his perspectives and professional insights. His interaction provided students with an opportunity to gain exposure to the industry and understand the importance of developing technical and professional competencies.
