On 16th December 2025, the 1st Sem MBA students visited Guruchanran Industries in Baikampady, Mangalore, to gain practical insights into the manufacturing and operational processes of a leading industrial firm. The visit was aligned with the theme "From Insight to Impact – Achieving Problem-Solution Fit." Students were introduced to the company's state-of-the-art production facilities, which specialize in various industrial products. The management team shared valuable insights on how they address operational challenges, identify market needs, and implement innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge. The visit provided a hands-on understanding of how theory learned in classrooms is applied in real-world business scenarios, particularly in the context of problem-solving and continuous improvement.
