Students from HR club “Lumina” had visited Invenger Technologies Private Ltd, Mangalore to interact with HR on gaining deeper insights about Onboarding Process practiced in the organisation. Their interaction comprised about different challenges especially in specific with handling Gen Z employees. The discussion with Ms. Krithika, an HR Manager having rich 12+ years of HR experience was very instrumental for the students in gaining exposure on real time complexities managing employees at workplace and maintaining cordial work environment. This industry orientation have empowered students with knowledge on practical application of academic concepts. Dr. Savita S Rai, faculty, MBA department has facilitated this visit and 6 students of HR specialisation have conducted this visit.
