The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML), in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Srinivas Institute of Technology, organized an “AI-Powered Solution Expo” – Demo Day for AI-Driven DBMS Mini Projects on 25th May 2026 at the AIML Laboratory.

The event provided a platform for students to demonstrate innovative AI-based DBMS mini projects and showcase their technical and problem-solving skills. The projects were evaluated by Dr. Lokesh K. S., Associate Professor, Department of CSBS, who appreciated the students' efforts and provided valuable suggestions for improving their solutions. He also addressed the participants, highlighting the significance of innovation, practical learning, and emerging AI technologies in solving real-world problems.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Daya Naik, Head of AIML, and the support of Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D., Principal. The event was coordinated by Dr. Parvathraj K. M. M. The expo witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and served as an excellent opportunity to foster innovation, technical excellence, and project-based learning.
