The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems of Srinivas Institute of Technology, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council, organized “MentorConnect: Pitch Your Plan” on 8th and 9th April 2026 .

The event was conducted as part of Quarter 3 activities under Prototype, Design, and Business Model Development, focusing on an Inter/Intra Institutional Business Plan Competition. Students participated in teams and developed business plans on various innovative topics such as AI in Healthcare, Green Energy, EdTech, Fintech, and more.

Teams prepared structured business models covering problem statements, solutions, target markets, and revenue strategies. They presented their ideas through pitch sessions, demonstrating creativity and entrepreneurial skills.

More than 15 teams participated, and the best two teams were awarded based on innovation and presentation. The event successfully enhanced students’ understanding of business model development and promoted an entrepreneurial mindset.
