The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Srinivas Institute of Technology,

under the "Electrical Insight in Technical Endeavour" initiative, successfully organized a hands-

on session titled "THE 5G HARDWARE: Beyond the Smartphone" on December 13, 2025. Held

in the Computer Lab from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, the session was conducted in association

with the YUKTI Cell, the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), and the Industry &

Specialization Cell (I&SC). The program was led by Mr. Pruthviraj R, a 7th-semester student,

who served as the resource person and shared his technical expertise with students of the 3rd

semester. The event was held under the patronage of Principal Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D and

Head of Department Mr. Lokesha B. The program was effectively coordinated by a dedicated

team of faculty representatives, including Mr. Harshith K (Staff Co-ordinator), Mr. Vivek V

Kumar (YUKTI Cell Co-ordinator), Mr. Shailesh Shetty (I&SC Co-ordinator), and Dr. Praveen

Shenoy (IIC Co-ordinator). The 3rd-semester students gained significant practical exposure to

5G hardware components through this peer-led demonstration. At the conclusion of the

program, formal feedback was collected from the attendees, including specific insights from

Ms. Sannidhi Poojary and Mr. Yajnesh, which indicated an overwhelmingly positive response

regarding the session's clarity and technical relevance.
