The Departments of ECE, CSBS, AIDS, AIML, AE, AU, and MR of Srinivas Institute of Technology, in association with the Alumni Cell, EDP Cell, IIC, and IIIC, organized a session on “Effective Strategies to Get Recruited in Indian Army” on 14th February 2026 at the Seminar Hall from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The session was delivered by Mr. Monika Gowda, Founder, LEO Armed Forces Training Institute. He provided valuable insights into the recruitment process of the Indian Army, eligibility criteria, preparation strategies, and key qualities required for selection. The session guided students on how to plan and prepare effectively for a career in the armed forces.

The program was coordinated by Prof. Flavita Janice Pinto, Staff Coordinator (ECE) under the guidance of Dr. Soorya Krishna K, HOD (ECE) and Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal. The session witnessed active participation from students and concluded successfully.
