An expert talk on “Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies for Startups” was successfully conducted on 31st January 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Seminar Hall. The session was organized by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and EDP Cell. The resource person, Mr. Prashant Chandra, Director, Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., shared valuable insights on practical sales techniques, market positioning, customer acquisition, and growth strategies for startups. The session was highly interactive and witnessed enthusiastic participation from 5th semester AIML students, who gained real-world exposure and entrepreneurial guidance to better understand the dynamics of building and scaling successful ventures. The event aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, by fostering entrepreneurial skills and promoting knowledge that supports innovation, employment generation, and sustainable business development.
