StoryTeller- Navaratri Special
On September 24, 2025, on account of Navaratri, under the Institute’s Innovation Cell and the Association of Computer Science and Design Educatee (ACODE), the Department of CSD organized a contest named StoryTeller-Navaratri Special.
StoryTeller-Navaratri Special was a story telling competition based on the theme “Nine Avatars of Goddess Durga”. A total of six enthusiastic students participated in the event, showcasing their creativity and devotion through captivating narrations. The competition was judged by the respected faculty members of the department, with evaluation based on confidence, storytelling style, clarity, and expressive actions. Each participant beautifully narrated mythological stories of Maa Durga’s avatars, highlighting the eternal values of courage, wisdom, devotion, and strength. The event not only celebrated the spirit of Navratri but also gave students a platform to enhance their public speaking and storytelling skills while spreading divine knowledge.
The event was supported by Prof. Sudarshan K., Head of the Department (HOD), It was skillfully conducted by Sharanya M, Rashmitha Shetty, Bs Rakshitha and Medha Shetty from the 5th semester CSD. The event was coordinated by Prof. Sahana Bandekar, Staff Coordinator, under the guidance of Prof. Archana D, Association Advisor of ACODE. Their teamwork and dedication ensured the smooth execution of the contest.
StoryTeller-Navaratri Special The competition not only celebrated Navratri traditions but also gave students a platform to develop public speaking and creative narration skills. The judges appreciated all participants for their efforts, and winners were recognized for their outstanding performances.
