Srinivas Institute of Technology’s MBA students association “VOLMAS” was inaugurated on 27.11.2025. Mr.Amith Ramachandra, Director, KCCI|Partner, Chiramith Precision India Mangalore was the chief guest on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion she emphasized the importance of hard work, soft skills, exploring new challenges and also the leadership skills that every management student should possess and he also advised students to be positive in their life and be entrepreneurs rather than seeking a job. Dr.Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal of the college and President of the function, congratulated the association members for forming the association and for adding the new activities, He said all activities planned must be practically implemented and more activities should be conducted under the association for the development of students; He also emphasized the importance of various Soft skill, Problem Solving skill and AI skills that every management student must possess and also how to face and explore new challenges.

Mr.Joshua Kelvin B, President of VOLMAS welcomed the gathering, Ms.Megha, Faculty, MBA Department introduced chief guest to the audience. Prof. Ankitha, Staff coordinator of VOLMAS read out the action plan for the academic year 2025-26 and also introduced Office bearers of the Association. Ms.Kshama Shetty, Secretary of VOLMAS presented the vote of thanks. Dr.Veena Santhosh Rai Head of MBA department was also present on the occasion. Ms. Sherly Seedarla and Ms. Vishmitha D’Souza were the master of ceremony of the program.
