The Department of AIML in association with Varmatrix organized a session on Entrepreneurship and Innovation as Gateways to Future Careers on 26th November 2025 at Varmatrix Edutech Company, Balmatta, Mangaluru.

The session highlighted the importance of innovation, idea generation, and startup ecosystem involvement for emerging engineers. Students were guided on how to convert ideas into opportunities and build a mindset suitable for entrepreneurship.

The resource persons from varmatrix explained real-world examples, career pathways, and the role of creativity in future technologies. Active participation from students made the session engaging and interactive.

The event concluded successfully with students gaining awareness, motivation, and interest towards innovative and entrepreneurial career choices.
